The Blue Diamond Transfers Driver Induction & Compliance Program is a mandatory onboarding and training course for all approved drivers operating within the Blue Diamond Transfers network. This course is designed to ensure every driver understands how to operate within our systems, follow required processes, communicate professionally, and meet service, safety, and compliance standards on every booking. Through a structured series of chapters, practical app walkthroughs, and knowledge checks, drivers will learn how to correctly use the driver app, confirm required statuses, communicate with passengers and Operations, handle payments and remittances, and understand their roles and responsibilities within the Blue Diamond Transfers ecosystem. Each chapter includes clear explanations and a compulsory quiz. All quizzes must be passed with 100% accuracy to confirm understanding and completion. Drivers may retake quizzes as required until a perfect score is achieved. Completion of this course confirms that the driver: Has been shown how to use the Blue Diamond driver app correctly Understands mandatory processes such as On The Way confirmations, notifications, and escalation protocols Knows what is expected when communicating with passengers and Operations Understands how pricing, payments, and remittances work Accepts their responsibilities as a professional driver representing the Blue Diamond brand This training is required before accepting ongoing bookings and forms part of Blue Diamond Transfers’ commitment to reliability, safety, professionalism, and consistent service delivery across all regions.
